Being totally blind and in a wheelchair has presented some interesting challenges. But, in my 64 years,
I have learned that you give thanks to people who have helped you along the way.
I am just one of many who truly feel that all of the men and women who server our country are our heroes.
A hero is someone who puts their lives ahead of others to make this world a better place.
You are our heroes.
My prayers are what keep me going.
And all of you are in our prayer.
We are so proud of the job you are doing.
I have learned that the world is what you make of it.
Because of your sacrifice and caring, we are living in a much safer world.
